“Volunteering for Mind for Life has been such a rewarding experience. The people are lovely to work with and I’m really enjoying the flexibility of working my own hours from home. I have gained experience from participating in projects I’ve not worked on before in my career. I’m learning so much but using my own skills too.”

“Being a part of Mind for Life has been an enriching, rewarding experience. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to join this organisation and contribute to such an important cause. It has also allowed me to gain valuable experience in tech, a booming industry. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone thinking about volunteering with MFL, not only for the things you learn but the connections you make along the way.”
