As our name suggests, Mind for Life works with people to change mindsets for life. We focus on identifying and treating mental and physical health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, overweight and obesity issues, particularly where causes are related to unhealthy dietary and lifestyle choices.
We work in conjunction with psychological and holistic practitioners, as well as fitness instructors, to support treatment of individuals. We aim to provide services that complement traditional regimes and change mindsets towards eating and life in general.
