We are a not-for-profit charity established in 2015, focusing on making healthy lifestyle resources readily available to the community. As our name suggests, Mind for Life works with people to change mindsets for life. We focus on identifying and treating mental and physical health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and overweight/obesity issues, particularly related to unhealthy dietary and lifestyle choices. We work in conjunction with psychological and holistic health practitioners as well as fitness instructors to help support treatment of individuals. Our main aim is to provide assistance services that complement the traditional medical system, and change mindsets towards eating and life in general.
